The roulette corner bet is when you place your chip on 4 adjacent numbers on the table. The corner bet is also known as a square bet or a four number bet.

On a European roulette table (single zero), a winning corner bet, pays out at odds of 8 to 1.

To place a corner bet, put the chip on the cross in between the four numbers you want to select.  The the graphic example, we have placed a corner bet on numbers 10,11,13 and 14.

All corner bets are placed in the same way with one exception.  If you want to place a bet on numbers 0,1,2 and 3, you have to place the chip on the top left corner of 1 next to the zero.  See second diagram.
